Measuring the Nude Pandemonium at the Bastille

Hey Holiday-teers! This Saturday, July 14, has been quite an eventful day for the Holiday Hero and myself. We had four holidays today, and it was definitely pandemonium attempting to fit them all in to our schedule. First on the list is Measuring Tape Day. Everyone, I hope, has used these small devices where the pull-out ruler is the primary implement. We took our little measuring tape out into the world and used it everywhere we went including Wal-Mart to measure a shower curtain rod as well as simply measuring the space in the car. Check it out:

People say I have a big mouth...doesn't look that big on the tape measure!

Next on our agenda is Pandemonium Day. On those days when it doesn't look like it could get any crazier, more hectic, and your mind couldn't be more discombobulated, this is the day to truly let it all out. Go nuts! Some people use it as a "fun time with kids" sort of day, but I same pandemonium is an activity where the kids are best left at home all safe snuggly in their beds. Here in ABQ, it seemed like the Burque drivers were out to cause more pandemonium than usual.
Call the po-po!
Even the Holiday Hero was dancing in the aisles and causing mayhem at Wal-Mart!
Next up: Bastille Day (aka Fete Nationale, Le quartorze juillet). English-speaking countries have given the French National Day the title of Bastille Day. This holiday commemorates the storming of the prison Bastille and marks the beginning of the French Revolution which starts questioning the power and dominance of Louis the XVI. Happy National Day to the French! In honor, we visited a lovely French cafe in Nob Hill:

Finally, we finished out National Nude Recreation Week with Nude Day. From being nude, enjoying the nude, and finding nude things, we celebrated the heck out of Nude Day! Here's one nude item we couldn't pass up:
Best soap ever! And it smelled amazing.

Let us know how your day went!
CS, out.
